Welcome to SUMC's Preschool and Kindergarten! We are growing! For the 2024-2025, we will be adding First Grade and hoping to continue to add grade levels each school year. Our goal is to provide a safe, happy, structured program in a Christian environment. We encourage our children to grow physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. The Preschool and Kindergarten is a place for children six months up to six years of age to learn to work and play with others, develop skills at their own rate of growth, and express ideas through many different activities.
We offer attendance options for the different age groups. Please see our full registration and enrollment information below and we look forward to the school year with your children!
We offer 8:1 class sizes, curriculum enhancing field trips and experiences, technology enhanced lessons and activities, and faith-centered approach learning.
Registration for the 2024-2025 for currently enrolled students is open. Parents of first-time students will register in person on Thursday, February 1 at the main sanctuary doors that face Main Street beginning at 8:30 am.
Tours are available Tuesday- Friday, 9:15 - 11:15 am.

The Preschool and Kindergarten's school year is August through May.
Preschool Hours:
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Late Stay:
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Kindergarten and First Grade Hours:
8:15 am - 2:00 pm
Our preschool and Kindergarten follows Greenville County School District closing and delays. In case of GCSD delays or closings, please follow these guidelines:
1. If GCSD schools are closed, our preschool and kindergarten is closed.
2. If GCSD schools have a 2-hour delay, our preschool is closed.
3. If GCSD schools are scheduled for a half day, our preschool is closed.
